Emily has been exploring the Zion area since she was 12 years old and now lives on the outskirts of Zion National Park, giving her a deep familiarity with the terrain, weather patterns, and quiet spaces that make outdoor practice special. With 10 years of teaching yoga, these hikes blend mindful movement, scenic exploration, and moments of stillness in nature.
We offer a variety of hikes with different lengths and difficulty levels, guiding groups to quiet, magical spaces where yoga and nature come together naturally. Each experience combines guided hiking, yoga, and breathwork, creating a balanced outdoor wellness experience that is accessible to a variety of ability levels.
